Is she having a bad day or simply is drained from offering the best customer service ever?? Even if the day seems rough, try smiling every time you take a call. It can make a huge difference.

Being in a service industry, I see customer service becoming less and less evident. In hard financial times like these, management should go back to basics and make sure the customers are back on the top of the importance list for all businesses.
I understand her predicament. Much of the callers are grouchy and inconsiderate.
I work in a customer service line of Job and it can be as worst as this…lol!
