UPS is horrendous and has nothing but complete contempt for those resciving packages. I refuse to purchase from any seller who insists on UPS or won’t gurantee the use of a different shipper.

@Elizabeth M – I have had my share of horror stories with DHL as well. The major 3 have issued, but DHL had more. Thank you for stopping by Happy New Year

I for one will not mourn the loss of DHL. They always put my packages in places where they’re either exposed to the elements or free to blow away completely and be returned by neighbors.

I use UPS for my heavier USA ground shipments. I have never compared the two price wise I just choose UPS and stuck with it. Easy to use website for creating shipments & good prices.
