What is Social Media? Understanding Social Media and how it affects your business whether online or not is important to your growth. Chris Pirillo from Locker Gnome shares with us his definition of Social Media and the impact it has in today’s world as he sees it.

Just as you can use Social Media to drive traffic to your website, think about the impact one buyer can have on your store by using the power of Social Media.

Now, how would the Customer Service Rep handle your Customer’s if they understood the power of Social Media. Your personal understanding of Social Media is as critical as having your Team Members understands.
