BizAuctions Retail-Outlet Store Lucky 7′s Sales on Pace for Record Month in March

BizAuctions, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BZCN), a prime provider of commercial eBay and Amazon liquidation services for excess inventories, overstocks, and returns, announced today that sales for the month of March are on pace to set a new monthly record.

Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions’ CEO, comments, “BizAuctions-Lucky 7′s Retail-Outlet store sales for the first fifteen (15) days of March are at $48,123. Based upon the sales trend since the opening of the Retail-Outlet store in August of 2010, and sales through the 15th of this month, I anticipate seeing March sales exceeding $90,000 for the month. This could result in an increase of $9,492 or 11% over February sales of $80,508, and an increase of $74,123 or approximately 467% over August sales of $15,877, the opening month of the Retail-Outlet store. The BizAuctions-Lucky 7′s business model continues to make significant progress due to our loyal and growing customer base and advertising in CUPOMANIA, a Hispanic advertising publication that has over 7,000 subscribers in the local communities of Otay Mesa, San Ysidro, and San Diego. Our customers are extremely satisfied in being able to shop for the variety of name brand merchandise that is available in clothing, general merchandise, appliances, household items, and electronics such as Sony, Toshiba, Samsung, Vizio, and Panasonic; Maytag, and Whirlpool appliances; and Polo, Ralph Lauren, Lucky & Buffalo jeans, O’Neill and PING sports apparel and other name brands, all at affordable prices that are significantly below retail. Based upon our current trend in sales, I expect to see many more record months for BizAuctions-Lucky 7′s Retail-Outlet store in this calendar year, 2011.” (For photos of our current Retail-Outlet Store, please view the attached link at: http://www.bizauctions.com/outlet/.)

“BizAuctions closed its retail store in the Chula Vista Center, last year, in anticipation of opening a new larger location in the San Ysidro area, with the ability to sell an expanded array of merchandise under the name of “Lucky 7′s Outlet,” in order to sell its name brand higher-end clothing such as Polo, Ralph Lauren, Buffalo and Lucky jeans, Ed Hardy shirts, PING sports apparel, O’Neill, and other name brands, general merchandise, and electronics such as Sony, Samsung, Toshiba, Panasonic and Vizio, that will generally bring higher retail prices at Lucky 7′s Outlet versus its customary eBay and Amazon business platforms. We are continuing to work with the landlord on the finalization of the lease terms and anticipate a store opening in mid to late April, upon the completion of the tenant improvements,” noted CEO, Janovec.

BizAuctions’ clients have included some of the Nation’s leading retail names at the forefront of their industries.  With a long-term strategy to provide eBay liquidation services to Fortune 1000 enterprises, BizAuctions is a clear and lucrative solution for most any business to liquidate excess inventory on eBay and Amazon platforms.

Amazon Sales Tip

Amazon Sales Tip – Amazon offers you some very useful tools. One of them is starring right at you. When listing items; you simply glance down the page of the item you are considering selling and take a look at the Popularity Rank. Amazon provides the information just below the description. You should also look at the Best Sellers in your category. If you do not have much understanding of search tools etc…. you can use what Amazon offers you with out much trouble.

When I list on Amazon, I search under my specific category under Best Sellers. Without fail (as long as you are offering the best price) I will generate instant sales……You’ve heard of Google on steroids, well, following this simple tip will be Amazon on steroids for you.

Amazon no longer offers Bill Me Later

As of December 31, 2008 Amazon will no longer offer BillMeLater as a payment method. All sales and orders processed with BillMeLater prior to 12/21/08 will continue to be processed.

It does not surprise me that Amazon will terminate their relationship with BillMeLater. If you recall back in October I informed you of eBay purchasing BillMeLater. With eBay as the new owner, they would have access to information Amazon would not want their noses in.

I have mixed emotions of Amazon not offering BillMeLater. When Amazon initially offered BillMeLater, I ran campaigns promoting the service. My sales nearly doubled that week alone. Buyers calling asking for details about BillMeLater. eBay has too much and Monopoly is what comes to mind.

This is a big year for eCommerce as well. You will find Google Checkout becoming more popular and eCrater stronger and more popular. This is a great time to sell or start selling online. You have options and many of them. Some requiring a small investment and other absolutely Free.

Search for Barcodes

A few months ago Amazon made it mandatory for sellers to provide Barcode numbers for all items. The home and garden category was added to this. I have found it difficult to get most of my suppliers to comply. I have a large number of suppliers offering furniture items.  Per the request of some of my suppliers I tried several creative ways to submit the item number as a barcode. Of course they did not work.

The barcodes numbers must be registered. Amazon does provide you with a link to look up the Barcode. You can find the information UPC Database it free and easy to use.

Amazon can extend to you a waiver for 6 months. Email them and inquire about it. You will need to download Amazon Seller Desktop in order to upload your items to Amazon Market Place.

Say NO to Pirate Software

For anyone selling software online; you must read this. I also recommend that you visit the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) to provide you with guidance and up to date regulations in the industry.

In an effort to lift up consumers confidence the SIIA has announced they have taken action against 40 online sellers of illegal software in 2008. What is breaking news about this lawsuit; it is the First ever lawsuit against sellers on Amazon.com and iOffer.com.

Find the Media Release

In quote from SIIA

“The lawsuit are part of the SIIA’s continued aggressive pursuit of online software pirates through both the civil and criminal processes”, Kupferschmid said………….
