Great pick! Happy MM!
I’ve been busy with trying to update some parts of my blog and trying to get a post out. We’ve had nothing but rain here in the Northeast and it has affected a lot of people for the lack of vitamin D. I had to have some test done to do with my kidney and my test came back with extremely low amounts of vitamin D so I have to take 50,000 units once a week!!! Vitamin D can also make you tired sluggish and depress I’m raising my hand here to all of the above. So I guess we should all check all of our vitamins!! Thanks for your info. JJ
well vitamin C is very important for our eyes and we can get this vitamin from many fruits like orange, lemon and other citrus food.
