I watched the memorial service on TV and it was an awesome show. I did cry and I really enjoyed the music song and what they had to say about Michael. It was sad to hear his daughter’s words, but I was glad she spoke to us. I feel for his children the most. Michael Jackson has so many good songs that I like. He truly was Blessed with his great talent God gave him. Mariah Carey is also a great singer and she song Michael’s song with passion. Have a great day!
@Robin – It was a Memorial fit for the Kong of Pop. I turned over to watch my kids when Paris spoke and they cried too. They were fine through out the performance but they at that moment they felt her pain. Now, my kids are two big fans of MJ.
Mariah Carey is my favorite singer. I also love her original versionof the song. That being said, I was not at all impressed by her rendition at the memorial. She did admit that she was emotional and trying to hold back tears. But honestly it is the worst I have ever heard from her. She’ll still remain my favorite singer tho
all of my friends are Michael Jackson fans, we would really miss the King of Pop.
I was just going to commit about what Tellie said, I heard her singing also and thought she did a horrible job also. Whether she was emotional or whatever only because Mariah can be a diva at times I wonder if someone caught hell for her messing up. From what I’ve heard she’s already blaming the sound system. oh well. It was a wonderful Memorial none the less. Thanks
Hey Laura, It’s jj again and I was wondering if there is really that much money to be made in selling MJ’s albums that are in good condition? Is it best to sell on ebay or through a private sale like advertise on Craig’s list or something like that. I’d like to hear your ideas on this subject. Thanks so much. jj
