		<description>Quite a lot of small businesses here in Las Vegas have went under. Landlords are practically begging tenants to stay. Its too bad she couldn&#039;t have held on a little longer, I bet her landlord would have lowered her rent to keep her.</description>

		<description>You are such a caring person and it sounds like you are always helping your friends out! I&#039;ve been trying to get into Craig&#039;s list but never really got into it much. I&#039;m a very visual person and just can&#039;t get into seeing and looking at a bunch of list. I know it&#039;s a great tool to sell and buy but I&#039;ve just got to get over that visual part and start to use it. My sister and I have a lot of left over inventory from a shop that I owned years back, and it&#039;s just in storage. I&#039;ve thought about eBay but that seems like a lot of work. Craigs&#039; list would really be the answer. Great post you got me thinking....that could be dangerous!</description>
