Allegedly Cuban was sold 600,000 shares of Canadian search engine company Mamma.com in 2004.
Seems Cuban knew that stock price would fall when the offering was made public. Apparently, the same day Mark Cuban told his broker to sell of his shares of Mamma.com by doing so, Mark Cuban avoided loosing $750,000

Mark Cuban has been accused of insider Trading the Securities and exchange Commission filed a civil suit against Mark Cuban in federal court in Dallas. Mark Cuban is know of owning the Mavericks, Donald Trumps’ rival, but is also known in the blogsphere. This is a surprise. I am anxious to know what Mark Cuban’s stand is.
