Recently a friend of mine called to inform me that Bonanzle had closed his store. He contacted Bonanzle via email and received a timely response via e-mail. The email appeared to be a simple form letter. What was upsetting to him was that Bonanzle closed his account due to the IP address matching to another account recently suspended. No other explanation was provided and most importantly no information on the other sellers account or store name.
Its not fair that my friends account was closed due to someone else logging in. I can appreciate how Bonanzle is trying to protect themselves and the “Buyers”, however, how can a seller in Good Standing make an argument when Bonanzle will not entertain any.
We concluded that it might have been a former employee that might have logged in using the business computers. This could have been devastating to his business if he did not have a store front or other sites where to offer his products.
Lesson Here: Always have other sites or your own webstore to sell your products and advise your team members to use Company PC and Internet ONLY to log in to business accounts.
